Eww, I wouldn't eat them cold, heated, or otherwise. 1780mg of salt in a can, 20 grams of sugar, MSG, 7 grams of saturated fat... I wouldn't feed it to my dog either.

I tried doing that once with chef boyardee ravioli and I got terribly ill from it :(

Yes, my dog does that.
I think I might throw up a little.
I cannot understand why anyone would choose to eat that slop hot or cold.

Yeah... That's the info from the family-size can. You're kind of being misleading here, because most people aren't going to eat a whole family-sized can on their own.
A serving is 1 cup, and the 15 ounce can has two servings in it.
The information PER SERVING:
600mg sodium
11 grams of sugars
0.5 grams of saturated fat
170 calories
0 fat calories
1 gram total fat
450mg potassium
3 grams fiber
There is no mention of MSG anywhere on the can's ingredients list, either. I'm not sure where that ingredient was pulled from in your list.
You also neglect to mention Percent Daily Values in each serving:
Vitamin A - 10%
Vitamin C - 4%
Calcium - 2%
Iron - 10%
Thiamin - 10%
Riboflavin - 15%
Niacin - 15%
Folate - 25%
They're perfectly good out of the can, and there's nothing wrong with them as long as you don't eat four servings every day.
Try being intellectually honest, next time.
