No, I don't. Jeans and a t-shirt is just "casual" to me, and that is typically how I dress. I consider "frumpy" to be dressed sloppily...baggy, shapeless, unflattering clothing.

I wear jeans and tshirts/sweatshirts 95% of the time. So if that is what you consider frumpy then, I am! But I call it relaxed! But I'm from the Country so it is what works for me.

i think some women look really cute in jeans and a t-shirt its all how you accessorize. hair fixed and cute earrings, make-up can be a cute look. ive been hit on plenty of times in just a t-shirt and jeans!!
