Use a degreaser. If you really want it to come out, call a professional cleaning company with a truck mounted system. Their extraction tools will pull out the stain, not just dilute it.
If you want to do it at home, make sure you are using a degreasing agent, and that you vaccuum it up. Don't rub in.
