Yep, it's called the Blue List. Foreign diplomats, their families, and certain members of their team get this status. They could literally shoot the president himself (we can only dream) on live TV and walk out the gates of the USA without being touched. They are 100% above the law. They can waive this immunity and be arrested, ticketed, fined, etc. or use their immunity, but once they leave, they can be banned from ever returning.
They also have a little bag that they can bring into the USA and it cannot be opened no matter what. It could say "BIG F'N NUKE INSIDE" and bag off the PRDs like crazy but they cannot open it.
