Is the U.S. immigrations strict with foreign tourist who intend to give birth in the U.S.?

    I would think that preventing a woman from entering the states simply because she was pregnant would be considered discrimination.

    I hope they clamp down on this. I have a cousin who gave birth to three kids in the US while on a tourist visa. The California taxpayers paid for all the medical expenses. Good question.
