A French Apple Tart is always good and very easy to make. Ina Garten of Barefoot Contessa has a good one on the internet for free.

I'm not much into apple desserts but had some apples that I did not want to go to waste....so...yesterday I made a apple cake with a caramel icing....wow that was good.
