  • i wouldnt have a problem with it but i`d be very concerned.
  • If they had a problem, I would encourage them the get whatever help they need.
  • Heavens, no. Going to a psychotherapist does not mean that one has huge problems, or is mentally ill. And, if he or she does have problems, it's a good thing to be going to therapy.
  • Absolutely not, seeing is how I go to one myself. It's really personal and if it is something they've deemed that they need to partake in, I am all for it. Now, my current "boyfriend" has a problem with me going to my therapist. Not a big one, but he doesn't really CONDONE it. He doesn't like how every time I go I come out a mess and in a dazed view. After a therapist session I like to be calm and quiet and just curl up and sleep. He takes this as if I am depressed or upset, but instead I am recuperating from whatever happened that day during the session. Since I ignore things a lot, especially problems in my life, when my therapist makes me discuss them it opens up something inside me, and I don't think he's okay with that happening. It's mainly protective.
  • No...I think I'd probably ask them to book me in for a session! ;)
  • No, I would encourage most people to see therapists.
  • well there not my cup of tea(shrinks) but if it was going to be of help to them then I wouldn't have any problems ...so long as the shrink didn't fill their heads with crap ...and some do
