As much as I dislike that term, I'll say METALLICA (And they will say, "Yes, every night."). When a band is new, they're more honest. When they become popular they have to change their style if they want to maintain their popularity and make the big bucks. Not to say that a band shouldn't try new styles or sounds or whatever, but when you alienate your true fans that just sucks!
