There is nothing about genetics in your question. Just because someone killed themselves that doesn't mean that suddenly their next of kin has a higher genetic chance to commit suicide. You're more predisposed to mental issues in that your grandmothers wanted to commit suicide and that probably affected your family and how they treated you. Not anything genetic.
