    People always hate "the other"...the other is always the person you want dead. Muslim terrorists want Christians dead...they hate them. Right-wing self-righteous so-called "Christians" want those who disagree with them dead..they hate them. Almost everyone everywhere has a "most hated" person on earth. With the GOP it is the Dems and Obama which they cannot seem to differentiate between. With the extreme right-wing self-righteous, it is anyone who thinks independently about anything. Everyone is "hated" most on Earth by someone. I guess we all win the prize! :(
