Yes, I look through. Sometimes the questions are interesting, even if they're not the same as mine.

No - I look to see if a question with the same overall meaning has been asked before. Who cares about exact wording - if the 2 questions are going to provoke the same responses, then as far as I'm concerned, they're duplicates.
