Does a condo association in Florida need a liquor license to serve alcoholic beverages at a club event?

    I disagree with the previous writer. You are dealing with a matter of law and should not rely upon an HOA president knowing the law, You should check with whichever local or state authority enforces your liquor laws.

    First, look in the rules and regulations contract, concerning the assocation. if your answer is not found there, contact the association president.

    He will have your answer.
