First, look in the rules and regulations contract, concerning the assocation. if your answer is not found there, contact the association president. He will have your answer.

I disagree with the previous writer. You are dealing with a matter of law and should not rely upon an HOA president knowing the law, You should check with whichever local or state authority enforces your liquor laws.
