Does anyone besides myself think the www.fedex.com site needs a major overhaul?

Yes... But not as big of an overhaul as their call in number. Either one will throw me into an unprofessional tizzy. It causes sporadic periods of "prairie dogging" in our office. They always leave me feeling like Tom Hanks. Sitting and talking to a volley ball.

It is very un-graphical (is that a word?). You have to do a lot of reading to find what you want. Ergonomic - no. Easy to maintain - yes.

yes ... i was on it for the first time a couple weeks ago trying to figure out international locations, and it was a mess.
