Either Nixon or Reagan. Nixon was the last true Statesman President we ever had. The Press hated and hounded him, but he really only got caught up in one scandal, far less than Clinton. Reagan understood economics better than any president since Kennedy. But his loyalty to his people got him in trouble with/in some South American country.
