I would start by thawing them first. Roasting meat from frozen creates jerky.Best bet would be to thaw them in a brine(google that). Then rub them down with olive oil salt,pepper and your favorite spice's. roast on a rack(with foil or cookie sheet beneath) at 375 til the internal temp is 150. toss em under the broiler til the skin is crispy and remove. Don't forget to roast the bones again when you are done, so you can make stock.
