It was an abusive relationship. He said jump and I'd say how high but go higher. Prior to him, I was the 'fairytale queen' totally believing in the magic of falling in love. He destroyed that but somehow I managed to leave.

At the time my friends who despised him did call me 'Cinders' and with their help (I guess my fairygodmothers) I found the strength to move away.

    ;-)

Absolutely none. Like Rosie ~ I've never had an "our song"... and I'd rather not think of him long enough to associate him with a song. I like music ~ dont destroy it lol

Never had a song with anyone so no song reminds me of any ex. Also, once I leave I'm totally gone . I focus on now and tomorrow and leave the past where it belongs...behind me. Happy Friday! :)

kiss me through the phone.....My ex was in prison, and this song made me think of him everytime I heard it. I stuck by his side, until his mom kicked me and my 3 kids out of her house only 3 months before he got out. Now I regret it, and wish I was with him, i miss him, and i love him!

"Can't Help falling in Love"--after we'd been dating for a while, in order to tell me how he felt, he took me to a very nice restaurant and club and had the band play this song "for L from Paul." He also had it played in the background when he proposed.
