  • Do an email as you normally would, and click on the symbol that allows you to attach a file. Browse to the location of the Powerpoint file, select it and send the mail as normal.
  • First it's better if you have the document saved in your hard drive, a data CD, or other storing method. Same as any other document or file, attach the document using the function given by your e-mail provider. You'll need to choose that option, locate the document and Select "open". That will not open the document itself but will attach it to your outgoing message. If the persons receiving the presentation have an adequate program to run it, they will download the attached file and watch it. If you have received the attached presentation in an e-mail, you can also re-send it to whomever you choose, skipping the aforementioned steps.
