    Almost all of them to an extent. Focus is on chest, shoulders triceps and core. You will even feel it in your legs if you do them 300 reps or more and after you get good, you can do intervals and get a high intensity interval training/cardio workout with them. If you get into those high numbers and eat properly you will add quite a bit of muscle as well.
