Which are better: black and white photos, or color photos?

Depends on the photo. They both can have their artistic value. Neither one is definitely and absolutely better than the other.

well try comparing it to watching black and white film ,although the old movie might be good it looks better when you watch a movie in color ,so color adds more to the photo or the picture .+4

B&Ws are bad for rainbows. Color is bad for showing the positions of camouflaged units.
