I don't think worse, but as it spreads there will be more deaths.

Perhaps for now it's stabile but the virus will be much violent than ever in the winter "December January February" these mouths will be so tuff for humans if the virus didn't mutated we're safe but if it mutated ! god knows what will happen to us !

The disease isn't. Our handling of it isn't great though. We don't have great testing, we aren't even using the testing we have, just assuming and prescribing. Which means that kids who get really sick for another reason are given Tamiflu, which isn't necessarily appropriate for what they have, and then, when they later actually do get swine flu, may not work as well, or may not be prescribed to them, because the doctors thought they had swine flu earlier and tamiflu didn't work well for that... We can do better in terms of how we take care of people who are sick. And we can do better in terms of preventative care, and trying to encourage people to stay hope when they are sick, and getting correct information out to people. The disease isn't getting worse, but we aren't doing a good enough job, and it's getting colder in the upper hemisphere. It's getting to be winter, and winter earlier this year didn't go so well.
