I think big chain stores like Wal-Mart should. Uniforms are the best dress policy. At my Wal-Mart, the staff wear blue vests. But even more pressing is that TEACHERS in public schools should have a dress code policy. Just because students can dress casually, doesn't mean teachers should. I've seen teachers wearing t-shirts, sweats, and dirty runners in classrooms, hair unkempt, as though they've just woken up or went for a jog around the block! I think most are just lazy---for them, comfort and convenience are more important than self-respect and dignity.
