  • It's easier to blame you for something he can't control. It's very embarrassing. You can try to talk to him about it and let him know you care. But know that it's very hard for most men to admit something like this, especially to women (gfs, wives). They don't have to be middle aged to have it. I know a 19 year old who has the same problem and I got him to talk about it after awhile. I think it depends how well they know you, or how well they trust you rather. Please don't spread rumors about it. Put yourself in his place and imagine someone telling the world about you like that. It's very personal, (IF this is truly what is wrong), so please don't ruin his life about it by telling people.
