  • I use a glucosamine/chondroitin combo pill every day. If I stop taking them my elbows, shoulders and knees start to ache badly. I highly recommend this supplement!
  • There is good evidence that shows that glucosamine does indeed help with joint pain.
  • I think depends on what is causing the pain. I tried it when recovering from a knee injury (torn meniscus cartilage). My knee didn't have cartilage erosion or arthritis, and it did nothing for me :( Ultrasound treatments, however, did wonders after physical therapy sessions!
  • Glucosamine really does work for the joint pain. To really increase the results, MSM and condroitin work extremely well with it as well. I have been taking a LIQUID form of this mixture for 9 months. Before this, I broke my leg in 4 spots sixteen years ago. My joints were not in very good shape. I took glucosamine pills (3 a day) for 2 months. I got frustrated and quit because I didnt feel any difference. When I started taking the Liquid nutrition, I felt it immediately. I have recommended this to so many people and it has done extremely well for them. One of the reasons this works so well as opposed to pills is that it is in a "cell ready" (bio-available formula) and it gets to your cells within 10 minutes. If you have arthritis, or ANY joint problems, please email me and I will introduce you to the way I am going to PREVENT arthritis (along with exercise).
  • Yes. It really works for Arthritis joint pain
  • It does, but not for everyone. It depends on the causes of the joint pain.
