I keep reading and rereading to see the third state that "DOES NOT" observe daylight savings time. Not "DID NOT" until 2005, but "DOES NOT". Possibly all of those wonderful territories now count as some kind of a quasi-state...not sure? Possibly counting the territories now we kind of have 55 or 60 states?
Prior to Indiana changing there were probably 4-5...why not say there "ARE" 4-5 states not observing daylight savings time. Well, until 1999 or 2001 or so...then in 2005 Indiana changed leaving only two so there are NOW three...WHAT?
Anyway, apparently what they meant to say was that there are TWO STATES THAT DO NOT CURRENTLY OBSERVE DAYLIGHT SAVINGS TIME. TWO! Arizona and Hawaii are the TWO.
Seems pretty simple to me. Two is not three. Three is not two.
