Neither one is inherently better or worse than the other. Computers are just a different tool for creating art, like the difference between painting or drawing or using charcoal.

i would call it different,not necessarily better or worse.i prefer traditional art but have seen some amazing works of digital.

I think that artistry is an expression that is better appreciated without the advent of technology

It is neither better or worse. Digital art has its advantages and so does traditional. It all depends on the person and the purpose.

You've had many different types of art down through the centuries from cave paintings to The Renaissance, I see digital art as just another step along that road.
