  • Sherry on cornflakes and a couple of bensons. Really puts the spring in your step.
  • Warm water and lemon to cleanse the system, or maybe a fruit smoothie.A bit of exercise e.g. a short walk or stretches is also meant to be good. Personally, I'm not so good in the mornings, so I tend to get up, often eat toast and rush off to work.
  • A healthy start would be eating a breakfast like porridge, which slowly releases energy throughout the morning, and keeps you going until lunch. I generally have a sugar loaded cereal, which gives a crash and burn effect. It tastes good through :)
  • banana and peanut butter toast
  • a healthy start: some carbs (without refined sugars) and some protein. what i actually consume: a latte with 3-4 shots of espresso in it.
  • I was told oatmeal, but I tend to go for the pot of coffee and then an energy drink for later.
  • warm water, fruit juice, cereal. A bit of exersize can be a healthy start
  • For breakfast you should have a balanced meal that includes some nutrient packed calories - not empty calories. Juice is supposed to be better than milk in the morning- or so I hear. You want things that will give you sustainable energy. Don't follow my breakfast routine, though. It usually includes 2-3 cups of coffee and cereal. On the weekends I eat a big breakfast, but it's like a plate full of heart attack. Luckily, I have really good genes.
