you can't uninvent the nuke. the only way to thuroughly disarm the world is to wipe out all of humanity. kinda an extreme version of throwing the baby out with the bath water.

the only way to keep the world safe is through MAD... Mututaly Assured Destruction. if attacking your enemy will kill yourself you hopefully are smart enough NOT to attack.

god made all men. smith and wesson made them equal.

- you can disassemble the nuke... that does not mean you can uninvent it. the knowledge is out there. someone with enough resolve can make it. hell, I can make thermite which is potent enough that it can melt through your engine block. if I had the money to build a lab and big enough balls I could even make Triacetone-triperoxide. with stuff already in my house and 1 ingredient available on amazon I can make home made rocket fuel.I can personaly obtain the raw materials from nature to make black powder. I could even make my own peper spray from the grocery store.
