Women: How long did it take you to get in to see a physician at planned parenthood for birth control the first time you went? How long did you have to wait from the time you scheduled to the time of your appointment?

I didn't go to planned parenthood, but something similar. I didn't get birth control until 23, because before that I was not sexually active, still not really as I've only been with one. It took me awhile to finally make the appointment becase I was a little frightened too, but once I made it, it was a few days later that I actually saw a physician.
