jess, what kind of question is that?! i guess it kinda is a planet though...it's in that rhyme thing that we did in science, to rememeber the planet order...Many Viscious Elephant Might Jump Somewhere Up Near Pluto...or the more boring My Very Easy Method Just Speeds Up Naming Planets...so yeah, i guess it is a planet.
