• New York reminds me of zillions of restaurants and Bourdain is on the Travel channel and is a New Yorker and ex chef himself. He often features New York as a reference on his show.

• Jeez get the chip off your shoulder. They're not two different places. New York City is a part of New York, just like all the other diverse regions of the state and it's what some people think of when "New York" is said. First thing that comes to mind. Not a moral exam where shame is pronounced. And hardly qualifies them as losers. Name calling might though.
