Sharona Life is a Tale Told by an Idiot

Question

Help answer this question below.

Does anyone ever go through their old questions and make sure that everone that answered you is answered? I am doing that today. I have a couple of hundred questions so I think it is time. Good idea?

Sweetheart, you have more free time than I have, if you can do that.
Still, it's the courteous thing to do.

I was actually thinking about that. I've had some of my old questions from a few months ago resurface and found some answers from a month ago that I didn't acknowledge.

I think it's a good idea - but I've only asked about 40 questions at the most. :)

Yes , if I get a new answer notified I check right through because many notifications do not come through or I am off and miss them.

I do not like any of my answers unrated so if anyone sees any I am very pleased if the kick my shins.

Sure. And if you've risen some levels since then, you can uprate them, again, to your new level, meaning, if you gave them +1 the first time, and now can give +6, it will replace your +1 with the +6, thereby giving them another 5 points. Don't forget to do that, too! LOL ;-)

Sharona, I've just discovered the wide and diverse field of questions you've asked (I love your profile comments, by the way), and I like what I see.

I'm still learning the ends and outs of AB, so I wasn't aware of the etiquette you've brought up here. I will have to review my measly Q-base and give the respondants their just desserts. Speaking honestly, I know that over time, I will not be able to keep up with the deluge of answers, comments, comments to comments, arguments, etc, etc, so I won't even lie, won't even try.

I have already thanked quite a few of them, but I tend to bypass off-topic or inane answerers.

I appreciate all answers and comments, even and especially from those who disagree with me, and those who show the maturity to enter into productive debate. I also like humorous, smart-aleck, and sarcastic responses (all of which I am often the perpetrator).

+ to you, HARI, and all who have answered, +. Nothing is so ungracious as asking a question and not acknowledging the fact that people have taken the time and thought to answer, points aside.
PS- I'm quite certain we've all missed answers/comments, someone once informed me it may be a glitch?

It's an excellent idea, because sometimes you get a response, but due to an AB glitch of some kind, you aren't notified of the answer being posted, and the person who posted the answer might think that you are (Gawd forbid!) "ignoring" them.

I really try to acknowledge every non-malicious response to my questions, and bestow points, also.
