Today, I'm making chicken salad sandwiches. This deli I go to makes the best chicken salad. I bought some croissants to put it on and some cashews to put on it as well (if you haven't tried chicken salad with cashews, you don't know what you are missing).

I've had quick meals at nights actually so I'd say, lately, grilled cheese sandwhiches. At lunch time I usually do get sent meals so it's almost never a quick lunch unless I'm out and then it's pizza or kfc :)
