As much as I don't care for french people they have it figured out. Last trip I had a beef tenderloin stuffed with sausage and veal and wrapped in bacon. So I'm going with beef and pork combined.

Leg of lamb, when properly cooked, with beef as a close second.

I'm actually more of a poultry and fish eater than anything else. I make a killer feta-stuffed lamb burger, though.

They are all very good, but the best meat I have ever had is ostrich

Nothing is better than a perfectly done lamb roast with all the trimmings ~ except maybe a pork chop smothered in apple sauce. We do, however, tend to eat more beef than lamb or pork, because of the prices. I've never had goat meat.
