Is an employer required to pay at least minimum wage for employees who are on commission with or without a draw, who are required to work in a store? State of Florida.

    The amount of total pay (commission included) must be equal or greater than the minimum wage for the amount of hours worked.

    If your amount of commission per pay period does not reach minimum wage, they employer must make up the difference.
