Is masturbation better as an adult or teen?

I think it's better as an adult.
I had some weird hang up about it when I was young like guilt or something.
I masturbate at least once a day now and sometimes more than that. It's great for stress relief.
As I got older I lost my guilt feeling or the feeling that I was doing something wrong and learned to really enjoy myself.
I'm not ashamed of being turned on by my own body as I was when I was younger.

It is hard to say. They were intense when I was younger but now there are times they are just intense. Depends on the mood. I have found that when I am really excited I can shoot a stream 6 or 7 feet away and less excited it just dribbles out.

My orgasms were more intense before puberty, and I could easily have 2 or 3 in succession. After puberty, I mostly lost the ability to have multiple orgasms, and the intensity was lower. As an adult, they're still great - just not as intense as they were back then.

I think the quality is better but the quantity is slightly less. I would do it all the time in my teens. I masturbated before bed everynight after I discoved masturbation at 11 and oftern during the day too, I just couldn't get enough but initially I wasn't sure if it was something I should be doing and there was a slight feeling of guilt. Now there is no guilt and I masturbate regularly (about 4 times a week).
