I find chicken eggs to be the most versatile and easiest to obtain. They are also tasty without being too strong in flavor.

I never tried any other than chicken but can say that brown eggs are richer in flavor

I have had all three you mention and have also had pheasant....but the chicken egg is still my favorite.

Best egg depends on how you define best egg ... flavour, nutrition, price, availability, and several other details ... While I like duck eggs, turkey eggs, ostrich eggs, and even caviar ... I still prefer the cheaper more readily available chicken "Hen" eggs ...
