13, Unless it's just those sparkler things. If it's something that has any type of explosive abilities, I would say 13. But I'm sure every child is different. Someone younger with more maturity may be safe to handle them. Good question +4

That depends on the child. Some can be ready for it at 8 or 9. Some never get there even as adults. That is a judgement call you have to make. It also depends on the intensity of the fireworks, too.

I think that 13 is a good age. Though, supervision should ALWAYS be used. I knew a 15 year old a few years ago who split her hand open because she held a Black Cat for too long, and it went off before she let go.

I have once seen a child playing with fireworks lose an eye, so I'd like to say: Never. But since we have to be realistic, I'd say explosive fireworks from high-school age and only under strict instructions and supervision.

Since fireworks are illegal here in this state, I`d say never. Only a fireworks company are legally allowed to light them off here.

Depends on the maturity of the child. The average child these days I'd say 16 but some maybe as soon as 7 or 8 years. GO Wisconsin no one cares as long as your not in milwaukee. Even then its possible.
