    Professionally Researched. (What's this?)

Every car dealer makes keys for its makes and models of cars with proof of ownership of the car. Use this service, though pricey, if you have lost your only set of keys and cannot get into your vehicle.

Because of the cost of equipment, few dealers deal with making/programming new keys. When you call the dealer for a new key, they call a locksmith. You can save money by cutting out the middle man and going straight to the dealer. To save even more money, you can buy a replacement key from an online store like www.rushlocksandkeys.com. Take that key blank to a local locksmith and they will cut it for you. That will be the cheapest way to replace your lost car keys.
