The Bunjinkan is the largest organization for that. However, remember the teacher is much more important than the style. You're going to learn similar things at most martially-minded martial arts club, whether they teach Asian, European, American MA or whatever. You want discipline? Join the Army and become a Marine. You'll find that the training of the knight, samurai, legionairre or whoever was remarkably similar.

I would try Ninjas R Us or maybe the University of Phoenix. I here they offer just about everything & in the comfort of your own home!
