Help answer this question below.

In Florida can a 15 year old and 21 year old date as long as they don't have sex? Can my parents have my boyfriend arrested without proof that we're atually having sex?

    Statutory Rape is defined as:

    Capital felony if actor >=18 commits sexual battery or causes injury while attempting to commit sexual battery against person <12; life felony if actor is <18; first-degree sexual battery if victim is aged 12 3;17. Third-degree child abuse if person >=21 impregnates a child <16. Unlawful sexual activity if person >=24 has intercourse with victim aged 16-17.

    If you're not having sex, your boyfriend is probably safe.

    15years old he is 21 its not only wrong but what can a man of 21 see in a 15 year old girl I dont think you should be with anone just yet let alone someone 21 their has to be more to this. You should be worried about school work and what you would like to attend college for not a 21year old guy he is just to old for you
