yeah, the agent who put it on is liable, but really the only thing you could get out of it is a sorry and have it corrected.
I am a stay at home mom. I need to work from home 80 percent of the time. I have a home office . Would anyone be able to tell me if I should pursue a Real Estate licence or would it be better to become a Real Estate appraiser ? Commissions different?
