When I was working and studying, almost daily.

Hehe, not easy to control one's self. I used to be cheeky and lash out at them. With age, I have learned not to bother. But it also depends on my mood -- sometimes I let them have it, other times let it go. If it is something important, though, I will hang on like a pitbull.

almost every night at work

Every single day. I figure I need to be nice when im at work, but if I walk into them at the bar it's equal ground. ;)
-
In working situations yes, but even then there is a limit and if they cross it I'll let them know. Outside of work, no.
-
most times, but then on the odd occasion i have vented my anger ,as one can only take so much, plus if they continue to be rude and harass one, they must expect some back.
-
i ignore, i try n disconnect. How can i be polite like repeatedly..?? m only human and patience is not one of my virtues :)

*LMAO!!!* **LMAO*!! I work at a welfare office. You tell me.
-
Sure. The supply of obnoxious people is absolutely endless, and it is impossible to train them all. Even picking them off here and there - like a poor customer service rep - is pointless in the greater scheme of things. For my own sake, I am polite and remove myself from the situation as soon as possible. They have to suffer living with themselves; it is their own punishment.

I am now but that was something I had to learn. I have a lot of things to accomplish that requires that I speak to politicians and law makers. If you have ever had any dealings with these types, you know how obnoxious they can be. +4 Happy Tuesday Rosie!

Only when they outrank me. +5 Rosie
-
All of the time!!!! lol.

All day long Rosie....all day long. If work wasn't bad enough, there are some parents in scouts and sports that are just a PITA to be around.

Depends on who it is, and where it is. I have been know to tell a superior off in such a way that there is no comeback! Was called on the carpet a few times but overall someone above them liked the way I handled it! I got promoted. A few times demoted, only to be promoted above them after they were removed, it's usally about appearance.
-
Plenty of times..at least once a day. In fact, I just got off of the phone with someone I would have liked to have said that to!

I prefer that thought to not cross my mind to begin with. When I am being polite, I am being polite because I WANT to be polite.
