I usually pay them just a few days before they are due. It's been a long time since I paid rent but I have to start that again really soon.

I usually pay them before the due date. I'm never late. That's one of the methods to build a credit history. You will need that some time in your life.

We own our home so no mortage payment or rent. I pay all our bills before the due date. They're all due at different times.
