Barcaluv is from Guatemala. I believe the rest of the CLs are from the U.S. By moderators are you referring to AB staff who accept/reject flags or users who flag? Don't know which countries staff are from and of course AB users are from all around the world.

All the Community Leaders are in either the USA or Guatemala, as a result there are substantial parts of the day when none of them are on the site. The moderators are the users, who are from all around the world, and the staff, who decide whether users flags are accepted are all in the USA.
