I am not sure exactly what the meaning is of your question. drs is that doctors?

Anyway, if you live in America and work a 40 hour 7 day work week, here is the law.

You are allowed to have a 30 minute lunch break and two fiftenn minute breaks.

Does not matter if you are driving a vehicle or not. surely, you can stop for a 30 minute lunch each day. if not, then eating in the vehicle is okay. it may be a company rule, but the Federal law comes first.

If this is not the situation, then please explain.

If you're alone in the car, how is anyone else going to know if you're eating?
