Yes, and I go through the mental checklist of bills owed and if I can afford it. I was a working single mom for 10 years before I met my husband, so I was a bit of a tightwad, but I've loosened up a little over the years.

My wife doesn't ask anyone, not even me, she just buys!

Yes needs I just buy cause they are needed but wants must be saved for and thought about.
No. My biggest problem is finding things I actually want. As a child I thought adults would have it made in a toy store but it turns out this is not the case since they don't want the toys.
