Sometimes a used car - like Honda's or Saturn's are good buys ; especially when the owners have kept good records on the car servicing...AND if the car is only a few yrs old.

Depends on the purpose of the vehicle, but I have two suggestions that are the same model (just different trim). If you're looking for a sporty car, a used Honda Civic Si (2 year old) will/should be just under $20K. If you just want a car to get from point A to point B, an '07 Honda Civic Sedan EX is about $19K (probably could get talked down to much less at the negotiation process).

I'm kinda a Honda fan, but they did get rated the "Best Sedan for less than $20,000" in 2007. ;)
