  • Receive a $5 service credit by enrolling in Online Billing. This free service lets you enjoy secure online access anytime to all your billing information. After you enroll, you will stop receiving paper bills. Sprint will email you when your latest bill is available online. You may still continue to pay your bill by mail, online, or by using Automatic Payment. The terms and conditions of eBill Online Billing require that you agree to the following: * Request that Sprint stop mailing you a paper bill. If you choose online bills, in the future it is your responsibility to check the sprint.com website to obtain your bill. Sprint will try to send a reminder email, but understand that Sprint does not control all aspects of email delivery, and cannot assure timely delivery of the email reminder. You will continue to receive a paper bill until Sprint has successfully delivered a confirmation email to the email address provided to them. If enrollment in online bills is received, a confirmation by email will be sent to the address provided. * By agreeing to suspension of mailed bills, you agree that posting of the bill on the website will constitute receipt by you of the bill for all purposes and that the bill is due and payable upon posting. Sprint can only attempt to send the email reminder of your bill if it has a current correct email address for you and you immediately provide Sprint with any change in your email addresses. If you do not check the Sprint Nextel Website in a timely manner for your bill or fail to pay your bill by the due date for any reason, collections actions may be initiated against your account; which may include past due collection notices and suspension of wireless service to all phones on the account. * Email Address Updates: You may provide email address updates at any time and at no charge. Sprint will send you a confirmation email to the new address provided. No additional messages will be sent to the old email address. * Invalid Email Addresses: If for any reason email notifications are returned as undeliverable, Sprint will have a paper bill mailed to you and you will no longer be enrolled in online bills. You will need to re-enroll in online bills with an updated email address. * Online Bill Cancellation: You may cancel this electronic billing option at no cost and again begin receiving a mailed paper bill but understand that there may be a delay of one or two billing cycles before you again receive a mailed paper bill. * Payments: The printed online bill remittance stub can be used in association with mailing a check for payments. Various other methods of payment as described on sprint.com are also acceptable. NOTE: Some states require mailing or delivery of paper bills. Customers in these states will continue to receive paper bills, even if they chose the online bills option. These customers may still view and print bills from the sprint.com website, but will continue to receive paper bills. http://support.sprint.com/doc/sp7266.xml?&docid=4992&referring%20topicid=147&Referring%20TopicID/DocID%20List%20Index=y&navtypeid=13&pagetypeid=49&prevPageIndex=3
