Is it because it is too political? What questions are you afraid to answer?

"In all seriousness, why do you believe in god?" I often don't because people take offense to it since they don't realize in most of the world people don't openly express their religion.

I ask whatever I want and answer whatever I want and say whatever I want and if people wish to smack me down for that so what? Other people's potential opinions have no bearing at all on what I ask or what I answer or what I say. They don't know me, I don't know them so their opinions are really irrelevant, aren't they? :)
