If you mean that you get warm air through the dash vents but not the floor, then the mechanism that allows the trap door to open and blow air towards your feet is broken. A very time consuming and costly job. This happened on a chevy suv I have. The part cost 20 dollars but to get to it they had to remove the entire dash. Final cost. 800 dollars.
